Using individual historic customer consumption information Fuel Server can calculate and maintain budget payment plans for any of your accounts. You specify any number of payments (months) you want. You can prepare budgets and coupon payment books for all budget accounts or for an individual account at anytime. The best part is that once on a budget, Fuel Server keeps track of each customers payment record to assure no one falls behind. Budget statements can be sent monthly or annually as you prefer.
