SERVICE PARTS INVENTORY:

Fuel Server offers a complete warehouse and on-truck service parts inventory control system. In addition to maintaining standard unit cost, selling price, unit of sale, and parts location categories, Fuel Server also maintains a contract coverage lookup chart for every part on file. When a job is invoiced, all parts used are automatically deducted from service truck assigned to the job. Then, at the end of each day Fuel Server produces a parts usage report for each truck that was on the road that day. When a flat rate billing job is invoiced all parts used for the job are automatically deducted from inventory.
